Bought a hot sauce and habanero powder there today. If you are used to sharp you should go to severity level E. Unfortunately I had to find out at home that the sauce only has a shelf life of 4 months. Is this normal as this is self made? Can you partially freeze the sauce or use it after the best-before date without any problems?

This is very well known food chain, you have a variety of sausages, the French fries are great, the bread is to die for and I love the original spezi- cola mix soda. But the sauce and spice they put on the wurst is what sets this place apart from others. Be wise and careful of what selection you make here as it could still burn the next day hahaha. Comparably good as the Best Woscht in Bad Homburg. The bread is also crisp and fresh and definitely better than what is available in most bakeries. There is nothing wrong with the sauce and the heat, as ordered. I particularly liked the infectious good mood of today's staff. Apart from that, there was the suggestion to take the degree of spiciness B + Jambalaya instead of pirate. It was a good suggestion to choose the spice mixture according to the degree of spiciness.

Have meanwhile eaten there a lot and have to say the quality does not diminish! I am very satisfied and full after every visit. The MA and the boss are a well-rehearsed team that shows. I would like to come again. Bye for now.

I am a huge fan of currywurst and I have had PLENTY in Berlin but this one is the best I have ever tasted. Dont be afraid to go slightly spicier, ask for a B+. The other types of currysauce are to die for! There is one with cheese and fried onions. Absolutely fantastic! The lady who served us was super duper friendly. We went around 7pm Monday. No queues. 10/10

Also great if you’re vegetarian or vegan. They cook vegan sausage in its own pan and also cut it with a dedicated knife. Your wait time may be a bit longer but don’t hesitate to pre-announce that you need a vegan sausage even if you’re way back in line so it is ready at the time you will be served. Staff is very friendly too! Always go there at least once when I’m back in town.
